Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use The Bottled Genie. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase.

Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person — accounts made to collect extra free credits may be closed.

A wish is what you ask for; an artifact is the finished thing we hand back. What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and send it to the AI providers that grant it (see our Privacy Policy), only to grant your wish and run the service.

As between you and us, the artifacts you receive are yours to use. AI can produce similar answers for different people, so we can’t promise an artifact is unique or free of anyone else’s rights.

Every wish is granted by AI models, not a person. Answers can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and they’re not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. Our AI Disclosure says more.

• Granting a wish costs credits, and the cost is shown before you spend them.
• New accounts get free credits to start. If a wish fails to grant, the credits it took come back to you.
• When paid credits are offered, the price is shown in U.S. dollars before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we’ll make it right.

Please don’t use The Bottled Genie to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, or make sexual content involving minors;
• make malware, spam, or anything meant to deceive or defraud;
• get around our safety checks, rate limits, or credit system;
• scrape the site, overload it, or resell access to it.

Every wish passes a safety check before it’s granted. We may refuse a wish, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

The Bottled Genie is new and still growing. We may change, pause, or stop any part of it, and we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.

The site’s design, words, and code belong to Flipvo, LLC. Please don’t copy or resell them. Linking to our pages is always welcome.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, Flipvo, LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the strength of an AI answer, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover Flipvo, LLC’s reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of how you used the service in breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
